Excited about this series of podcasts!

This is an excellent introduction to the speaker's philosophy of creative development. My only question is, who is this guy, and where can I get his stuff? There's nothing on the website to tell me who you are!
I especially like the correlation between personal creative dissonance and organizational dissonance. Gives me a paradigm to view my own business and creative efforts. Can't wait to listen to more!
