Emily Tedards, Ph.D. is a graduate researcher in organizational behavior at Harvard Business School and a doctoral fellow with Harvard Kennedy School's Reimagining the Economy Initiative. Tedards studies cross-sector collaboration, organizational design, and innovation. Her research examines how business, government and civil society collaborate to solve complex problems – from local economic development and climate change to the transformation of industries and nations. Having published over 20 case studies and articles on leadership, innovation, and digital transformation, she has collaborated with leaders of Comcast NBC Universal, Delta Air Lines, Google, Mastercard, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, and many others. A senior consultant at Paradox Strategies, Tedards has served as a research consultant for the United Nations, Harvard Business School’s Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, and several non-profits and think tanks. She studied philosophy and liberal studies at New York University and earned her MSc from the London School of Economics.
Jason Wild is Founder & Principal at Wild Innovation and former Global Vice President of CEO Co-Innovation and Customer Engagement atMicrosoft. Prior to that, he was SVP of Transformation and Innovation at Salesforce. He's led innovation and strategy projects in 39 countries for clients spanning NATO and NASA to Disney and the City of Paris, from Singapore's government to Walmart and Zara. At Microsoft, he led growth and strategic partnerships during the historic announcement of its partnership with Sam Altman and OpenAI. At Salesforce, he built Ignite, an award-winning global innovation team of hundreds across 16 countries that became a case study for Fortune, Gartner, UC Berkeley, and McKinsey. At IBM, he led customer innovation worldwide and helped launch WatsonX and several multi-billion-dollar growth businesses. Jason now advises CEOs and their teams on the leadership practices that help innovations cross boundaries and create lasting impact. He speaks worldwide on transformation, leadership, and AI.
