The first time I listened to this podcast, I was going down the freeway in the rain. The screaching tire sound effects cause me to hit the brakes!!! Jeez!!!! Maybe you should change the sound effects :)

I'm an independent animator working on a long project... This podcast really speaks to me... I haven't found the information presented in this podcast anywhere else but it has really helped me stay productive and interested in my current tasks.

This is an excellent introduction to the speaker's philosophy of creative development. My only question is, who is this guy, and where can I get his stuff? There's nothing on the website to tell me who you are! I especially like the correlation between personal creative dissonance and organizational dissonance. Gives me a paradigm to view my own business and creative efforts. Can't wait to listen to more! T Myers, 87 Ideas.
